I recieved my first RAT (RC-3) today. This is a beautiful blade/knive, very happy to own it. The only thing that upsets me is I ordered the original pommel and recieved the modified. Knifeworks needs to fix their website, the picture/link to the modified one is there, but that is not the one I selected. The codes/numbers are so close, that is why I got the wrong one, but again I selected the pic/link to the one not saying modified pommel. I really do not want to send this back, but if it happens again with the RC-4 Orange/Green or if I decide on the OD Tan, I will send it back and will never buy from them again.
 
try knives ship for free.....Derrick is great....he'll chime in maybe and pat his self on the back....LOL....Excelllent RC dealer...
 
Excellent lil' knife that RC3....I have the original pommel and will get the modified pommel in OD green and awe never mind....Let just say I will pick up a few different RC blades
 
I've always had good luck with knifeworks. Every company can make a mistake, a good company will go the extra mile to fix one. You may want to give them the chance to fix the mistake before you write them off.

Enjoy whatever RC-3 you stick with, it is a great knife.
 
You got a great knife no matter the pommel, but I am sure they will exchange it if you insisted. I however have had nothing but great experiences with Derrick at Knivesshipfree on alot of different purchases.
 
I got my RC-3 with the modified pommel from knifeworks as well,which is the one that I wanted. I'm sure they would be willing to exchange it for you.
 
Don't be upset. Give them the chance to make it right.
Everyone makes mistakes.
I've had nothing but good service from them.

Hey, people make mistakes. I deal with those type people everyday. Give them a chance to make it right if you want to. I deal with Derrick when ordering knives. He has always came through for me. I got married and moved lately, so I will have to change my address, Derrick, LOL. Can you believe it? I stayed single for over 10 years! She knew she was marrying a knife knutt though, I already have approval on the Izula. What's cool is I really didn't need approval!
 
Cool, lets see some pictures. Don't worry about the pommel its just for beating and cracking things open, so go make limonade!
