Stunning, both are absolutely stunning.

I've admired D. Lish's work for a long time, and yours for nearly as much. :)

They make a very good pair.

Great pair!

I need to get some patterns/instructions for Mexican loop holsters and sheaths.

I have made a few basic sheaths.

Both sheath and knife are amazing kid Terico. I just bought stamps to do some more designs. Your work gives me something to aspire to. Thanks for sharing those.
Man that bowie is something else. It deserves to have a good sheath to call home.

Terry, is the sheath fully lined front and back?......and if so I assume after the spots went on?? When you get time shoot a quick shot of the back of the sheath and the Mexican loop detail for the youngsters. You are getting better and better with age, my friend.

Edit to add: Davie Lisch is one of my favorite people and a hell of a great maker.

Sheathmaker yes the sheath is fully lined. I almost always line every thing I make old style or new style.. Spots are always between the linings on the on side . Some times on the back skirt I leave them exposed to be different. Never on the inside of a sheath or holster where medal will touch it.. KT

Yeah the loop is nice. I've seen them on western gun holsters. Next sheath I make I'm going to try lining. I'd like to see a pic of the back as well.

Ponsau thank you. Sorry I cant show you the back of it. A friend of mine left to a art show and took it and some other rigs of mine to show. Here are a few picts of holsters. There done the same way as a sheath. I do about 5 different ways. KT

Both sheath and blade are gorgeous. You make very fancy looking sheaths, so intricate designs very well crafted. Excellent job!
