Sheath and lanyard question...

hey all...

Just curious...I received an SV30 Small Clasic Sebe today - and the lanyard was removed :-{

Is there a web sight where the simple process of tying a lanyard is described/illustrated? I know it wasn't covered in the Boy Scout merit badge classes!

Also, where might one pick up a nice leather sheath for this beauty?
