Sheath - BK7

I just got a BK7 and the Kydex (?) insert pulls out of the sheath. It looks like an adhesive was used on the lower part of the insert and has let go. Does anybody know what kind of adhesive was used? Has anybody else had this problem and come up with a better method of securing the insert?

Mine was like that when I bought it new, pretty much a little of any clear epoxy will hold it in.

Just a very small amount it won't take much.

It looks like Liquid Nails/PL-200 to me. I removed mine intentionally and I had to work at it. I would use one of those products, I intend to when I put it back in ( there was a full length stripe of it up the insert ).
