Sheath cleaning

I decided that I should introduce myself. My name is Wayne, I'm from Kentucky. I've been lurking in this forum for several months. Now I have a question to ask.

A gas can tipped over and soaked the sheath of my BK9. What's the best way to clean it?

Hi Wayne, I grew up in NC, just to the south. Nice to "talk" to folks from back home on the net. Lots of good folks and information on the site.



As for your sheath, I would pull the plastic insert out and toss the cordura part in the washer, AFTER its aired out on a clothesline or something for a day or two. Clean the plastic part in the sink, let the whole works dry and reassemble. You'll be good as new.
