sheath clips

maybe this has been asked a few times and i have seen where folks take them from cell phone holders and such, but being new to sheath making, I am having trouble finding a belt clip, metal type to put on my sheaths. Do people usually take them off other stuff such as inside the pants holsters and such or is there a place to buy? any help would be great, thanks
