Sheath color options would be great for the Izula

I do not yet own a neck knife of any kind, but I have been eying the Izula for a long time. It seems to be a great companion to any larger blade.

The problem... In this day and age, and especially in my location and industry, people are overly PC and out of touch with the use/carry of tools. I could be fired for carrying a pocket knife. The reason is that someone could claim that it is a weapon. However, I insist that it is a tool first and COULD be a weapon as a last resort (same as a keyboard, pen, etc.).

The (partial-)solution... A neck knife is a great way to carry a knife and avoid having a knife-clip in the pocket.

The improvement... Under a white T-shirt or dress shirt, the black outline of the Izula sheath is a solid give-away. That is why I suggest offering the Izula with a white sheath. I would certainly pay more for a light-colored sheath for this type of knife. How much more? $10-15 I think. Well, how much more would it require?

Anyone else have thoughts on this?

carry it under your arm with the cord over the opposite corner. No on will see it even if it's "in plain view." People just don't look there for some reason.

Likewise a bit of Krylon will go a long way.

It's not an issue of price per each, it's an issue of quantity needed to do a run in the injection molder.

I work in a warhouse and was not aloud to carry knifes do to it being a weapon but we could carry razer blades. Sounds funny dosen't it? Well i'm not a sheep when it comes down to being quite about how i feel on the mater and called are HR department and told them how stupitd that was. Long story shot we can now carry knifes that the blades are no longer then 3 1/2in long. You could try the same and if nothing comes from it say the Izula is a mail opener it's the same size as most of them.

P.s the Izula is a great knife for all day to day needs

buy the Tan Izula (lightest color model knife)then go to your local hardware store and buy a can of spray paint design to adhere to plastic(motorcycle shops have the best stuff) it will adhere to the molded sheath and not scratch off....I have used it on a mx bike and spilled fuel on without any ill affects.
