Recommendation? Sheath for a #46 Whaler?

Has anyone found a belt sheath that will fit a #46 Whaler? I have a large GEC sheath that is great for a #21 Bull Buster, but not wide enough for a Whaler.

Here is what I tried so far. If it was just a little wider it might work, but if I was to force this Whaler down any further than that it would be stuck.

Travman , Likely something custom made ??? and yes, it will get VERY stuck in the large GEC sheath!

I ended up buying a piece of leather from Mike at CK to wrap mine in for carry/transport and tie it off with a leather string.

What about @Horsewright ???? Bet he would make something really nice!

If you can find one, a leather belt case/sheath for a flip phone will work.

At least it does for my Rough Rider Sunfish.
