The SOE pouches are nice. Does it have to be leather/leatherlike...basketweave. How about a magazine pouch for a .45 if it does? HK .45's mags are pretty large, they might fit a GB.
The kydex ones look nice too. I'm getting one for my AR. Don't know about retention on those though.

Hi Harley, if you get a chance read my reply(Thread) to Brian T. about the Kydex sheath he just sent me. I dont know if he has any left, but mine is wicked. He was a pleasure to work with!! It is nice to know that there are honest guys like Brian on the forums to help you out when you need it. Thanks EMR.

First off I got my kydex rig from Strider Knives with the Tek-Loc system. I don't know if the kydex is what you want or not and here's the reasons why.
-The kydex has no other retention device other than the fact that it is form fitted to the knife. Although it is secure, I don't believe it is at the level needed for duty carry in the open (In any type of crowd).
-It won't fit my Safariland belt which is the laminated leather Sam Brown. It was too thick by just a hair due to the velcro liner and the adjustment bar on the clasp had to be removed to make the width of the belt.
-The blade can open even while in the sheath. This could be a little painful and dangerous (ex. a struggle with a BG on the ground).
I'm not trying to sway you away from the kydex sheath. I just wanted to let you know of the reasons why I won't use mine for duty application. Research It a little more before you get anything. The SOE sheath I got with my AR works great when I'm in BDU's and using my nylon rig.
I guess it all depends on what you have for a duty rig now and what you can live with. I'm going to try to find a Mag. pouch for a HK .45 and see if it will fit(Thanks go to Oni for that idea). All the leather I've tried so far has come up short. For now I'm just using the installed pocket clip which comes with the knife.
Let me know if you come up with anything better.
