How do y'all plan to carry your BWM? Strong side? Weak side? Material? I see a lot of guys mounting the larger blades on their packs.

With the first batch processing I think I need to start my search.

Thanks

I'll make my own kydex sheath, with eyelet holes spaced for attaching a tek-lok anywhere along its length, and will use either a tek lok or molle clips to attach it to my pack most of the time. Sometimes I'll just use paracord to lash through the sheath holes.

I have some large Cordura sheaths made for the similar sized RTAK that might fit the new Bushwaker. If not, I'll get a sheath made for it. The kydex ones tend to ride a bit high unless a drop down loop is attached.

I think my Leather CGFBM sheath should work with the BWM. :)

I will be making sheaths for both models (CG, LE) of the BWM. As soon as they are received I will build some sheaths to photograph and then add them to the Mashed Cat website.

if i am able to get one, i will get chuddy bear to make me one of the shoulder carry rigs that way i can carry it several different ways.

i am anxious to see how light they are...

A knife as cool as the Bushwaker Misstress would be great in a Dundee-style crocodile leather sheath.

I have two BWM's on the way :)

Sheaths to follow.

Buy Brown Original Exposed Spine sheaths :D:thumbup:

That exposed spine sheath looks pretty cool. I have one of your sheaths for my Scrapyard.

Does anyone have experience with the exposed spine model? Care to comment?

I will probably be missing out on this one as per the financial crunch but if I did get one, I would probably go with Sempre Paratus, because it's probably the most practical for expeditions where you get wet. I also like the pouch for a sharpener, compass, etc.
