I need recommendations for a sheath (or a template for one) for my Council Tool Boys Axe that I just got, the council tool sheath I got for it fits but not well.

Are you going to make you own? Maybe you can use the axe as a template or wet form it.
I’m wondering what kind of leather the sheath is. Any chance you can post a photo of it and the manner in which it is ill fitting?

I can't really tell how it's I'll fitting I just no it is because the sheath wiggles around alot

I can make 'em from HDPE, but if you're looking for leather I can't help there.

My original thought was that maybe you could shrink and reform your sheath.

They're very well made, nice to look at, and do the job well. They also come in several sizes to fit different sizes of axes. That being said, they wiggle around a little bit on the axe. I consider that to be normal for any cover which isn't precisely custom fitted to the axe.
