Sheath for Koster Bushmaster

I'm looking for a sheath for my Koster Bushmaster. I'm open to either leather or kydex, but I really want to buy a sheath where I don't have to send my knife in for fitting. Does anyone have a premade Bushmaster sheath available or can make one without the knife in hand?

I don't see how anyone could make you a kydex without the knife. But someone could make you a nice leather to fit it.
 
The guy who has username "ursusrubrum" has a Bushmaster and has offered to make sheaths. Check Dan Koster's forum, he started a thread there about it. I've seen pics of some of his work and it looks good.
 
Thanks for the suggestions guys but I found an acceptable solution. I took a chance and ordered the KSF Forest sheath, and it fits the Bushmaster just fine. A little tight, but after some wet molding it works well. If anyone needs a Bushmaster sheath, this is a cheap option.
