sheath for moab

So I just took the plunge on Bapples moab (psyched!); now I need a sheath.
I picked this mistress/sheath combo up on the forum about a year ago. I really like the sheath, but don't know who made it; anyone recognize the design? If no one can place it, is anyone willing to reproduce it moab sized?
