hey yall!
thanks for the response to the knife...
here is that link: http://www.bladeforums.com/forums/showthread.php?t=454374
i just finished the sheath the other day... currenltly i am putting more laquer on it.. but here is what it looks like. it was made in the traditional style and no power tools we used at all. it is made from grenedillo wood (brown or red ebony) and has a leather collar so as to not mar the tsuba. it fits perfectly! i was very happy with how it turned out... there is always room for improvment however
on to the pictures!

From the looks in all the pictures I wouldn't change anything. Looks like did everything possible on that knife when designing and making that knife and sheath. It looks very buyable IMO ;)

I am not sure about how to price it, it's seems about right IMO. Knifemaker's probably help you more accurately.

Just as a layman knife nut, you have to calculate in cost of all materials and put in for your man hours of work some how, then come out with a price.

Hopefully that makes you as the maker happy and rewarded. With buyer/owner happy also.

Those would be my thoughts, if it's any help.

Who voted no? And why? why do you think this knife is worth less than 250? Please if your going to vote explain yourself. I voted yes. You put alot of work into this, wrapped the handle, wooden sheath, hamon. This is worth 250 as I see it. For those two who voted No please tell us why?

I also voted yes. $250 is a steal. I also am curious why anyone would think it's worth less. Give this guy some input not just a "no"
