Sheath ID Required

MJB, Why do you do this as it causes me to drag out a lot of my literature looking for this and then I can't find it . Ha ! But JB, probably can find it for you . DM

This is just a wild guess, but it looks to me like someone used a Buck snap on a homemade sheath.

Well, that could be . But there were some like tool kits offered with the workman at hardware stores and I don't know what type sheaths came with those . This looks like it would hold a flash light, knife and pliers like for an auto kit . Is my guess . DM

Well, it appears to be a newer style snap and why would Buck but that on the back side? Any old rivet would do to make the loop. But then again, why would someone at home do that? It just looks a little crude (no offense intended) to be a production sheath.

This is pretty much my thought as well. I have never seen anything like this from Buck. That however doesnt mean it doesnt exist. ;) Going back through all the catalogs, and I can't find anything resembling that.
I would guess someone that made their sheaths built this, either as a "prototype" or something else, but I have no positive idea.

MB if you didnt already, I would send a pic of it to Joe. He would have the answer, or be very close to it, I would think.
