It's kind of a one of a kind sheath for a single style sword type knife so it may not have a name. "ZEDU" is what the maker calls it. It's a cult/club thing over on USN forum.

pancake with style ?

really it is just a pancake style kydex sheath w/ decorative scallops on the sides, some others have done it in the past, just for looks really.
