Sheath identification

I’ve got a couple I’d appreciate very much if you could help identify.

First is a Mikey Moto FBM sheath. What are the two snaps with paracord used for?


Second, anyone recognize what model this is for? Something without scales, would fit in maybe about 3/16” (0.18” or 0.19”) wide slot.

straps are handle secure straps
Unsnap one wrap around handle then reattach.
