A friend of mine just bought a new custom Chinese broadsword without a sheath. Any suggestions on someone who can do a good, reasonably priced sheath? Thanks. :)

Dwayne at armoralleather did mine for me.

You can also check the sheath forum here

Here's a list of sheath makers on Blade Forums. List

Jeff at Rainwalker is really good also.

You'll get a hardy +1 from me for Dwayne. He's doing a VERY involved leather sheath for a special 14.5" blade for me right now.

Chuddy Bear, Kenny Rowe, and Paul Long also come to mind -- if you'd like variety in your choices.

I suggest Tritonworks scabbards.

Does pretty much everything, from fantasy to historical. Very high quality, wood-core scabbards as oppose to the sandwich-leather sheaths(which I personally don't like for anything longer than a short-sword).
