hello everybody!
i recently purchased a nice 3.5 inches Wilson quick draw.
it came with a really well done orizzontal kydex sheath.
the problem is that the sheath is not reversible and both me and my wife wants to carry the knife. (and we have opposite dominant hands...)
i called wilson tactical and for 49 dollar they would make another sheath for me.
i would also consider a custom leather sheath, i really like the knife and i'm planning to use it a lot.
i unfortunately have no experience in that field and i'm open to suggestions.

any honest and good leather artist around?

Yeah, look at K.V. Colluci's Firebrand leather. He WILL take good care of you!

Any of the sheathmakers that frequent BF are honest imo. Ken, Mt Mike, Normark, Oku, Buy Brown, Rowe, and a few others that are fairly new and I cant remember their names. :o

I dont know of any dis honest ones right off, you know something I dont knifecollector? I like to keep up with sheathmakers here and dont want to suggest a crooked person.

Pollo, if you need any contact info I will do what I can do get it for you, just send me an e-mail via the forum. :)

The man that posted above me (Leatherman) also makes some excellent sheaths. :D  (I'm currently on his list of "to do's" :D )

thank you all for the replies always appreciated.

Leatherman,
the fact that you listed other makers first and your offer to even help me getting in touch with them clearly shows a great respect towards other people work, and honesty.

you just found a customer and i'll contact you by email for details about my sheath.

thanks again

I agree with what he said! For leather Firebrand was only the only leather sheath maker I could think of!!
