Hey Gents,

I'm allergic to gluten and accidentally had something for lunch with that in it. So far it's only a mild reaction, Sore muscles and a headache, but even so I'm going to take it easy this weekend. I'll do what I can, when I can, but no promises. Figured you guys should know that there will be a delay. Thanks!!

I'm sure your current crop of customers with orders on the table can live a few days longer before their knives arrive, hope you feel better. I would be terribly upset to have a food allergy.
