sheath mod to allow paracord D guard from front to rear hole?

what kind of "mod" would you suggest for sheath that you make to allow a paracord D guard?

the kydex goes over and block the front hole.

or, any idea on how to make a "removable" D guard for front hole without mod?
 
I could re-mold it.

There are several clips that will allow a removable d-guard
