Sheath Options?

I just received this stunning custom fixed blade from Robert Erickson. It came with a functional leather sheath. I am considering purchasing something a little nicer to compliment the knife. Does anyone have any recommendations? I’m assuming a custom made option is the way to go?

Here’s a couple of options. Go custom for sure, you can great a great fit for the actual knife, not a generic sheath made to fit several knives. Prices for custom work will vary but I can tell you I got these both done for less than $100 each. Well worth it!!


@claude scott could make you a real beauty for that knife. He’s a real nice guy also.

I will also suggest Bob Bobbitt (Bob’s Saddle Shop), great guy as well and has made me several sheaths in all sorts of different styles:

All good suggestion I have work from a few mentioned all do very nice leather work. Another I can recommend is Mr. Paul Long ... or his BF nic @sheathmaker he does great work and very fast turn around usually. Robert's knives deserve a nice set of pants.

Rowe leather makes some nice stuff. I've been interested in a pin lock model for a while just never got around to moving forward with it!
