Hey everyone,
I was wondering what type of sheath you guys use for your BK&T`s?
I am interested in the spec-ops nylon sheath or a azwelke kydex sheath.
Is there anything else that I should consider?
Thanks,
-Orangish ducktape

I make kydex sheaths for Beckers and I also make an ESEE Pouch-Sheath for the little guy's that can be carried a bunch of different ways (neck, molle&tek-loks, ESEE 5 Clip-Plate & Molle back). The great thing about the Pouch-Sheath is you can also piggyback'em onto a larger kydex sheath. Been selling alot of these on another forum.

Basic kydex sheath with a piggy-back setup:

Same piggy-back on a BK-2 sheath (first proto-type) and some other sheaths throw in:

Basic "Taco" foldover sheath:

Simple sheath (thumb ramp can be added) fit's small tek-loks, neck carry (eyelet at actual point of balance) pocket carry etc.:

Here's the ESEE Pouch-Sheath I make for all the "little guys", I make 'em for a bunch of other knives too (ESEE-3, 4, Izula's, Scrapivores, Swamp Wardens, Mora's, etc.):

They're real easy to mount up for "piggy-back" carry (just thrown on for quick pics) they look/work best mounted straight:

If spacers are used they can be mounted straight up on a sheath too, pictured on Junglas sheath:

Yes! That's a frickin Izula and Pouch mounted to a Junglas sheath.... people been asking for that for a long time, and I alwys wanted to do it too..... so I made it happen. So far the Pouch-Sheath for an ESEE-3 has been my most popular but I haven't shown these anywhere else (here) yet.

Sorry for all the pics, and I know they're "different" than what everybody has but that's what you asked for;)

I have a spec ops for my 7 and have no complaints. I don't know of anyone who has used the molle attachments but I'd figure if you could figure out how to get it on it'll be some sturdy stuff.

That stinks!
I thought mine was expensive at $30 :(

and some are $300 and more.

the factory sheath is typically nothing to write home about for most knives, but it's better than nothing at worst (knife carrier) and sometimes is bloody fantastic in other cases.

$30? that's typically less than your average spec-ops, unless you got a sale.

the original eagle industries sheaths on some of the older CinCinn era beckers? you'd have to spend $100-150 at least for a sheath like that now. they're very labor intensive.

Becker knife prices have been pretty stable over the years, even gone done some. quality has gone up. sheaths? they're very expensive to make, and often cost more than a given knife, as part of a system.

mine was not a Combat Master, there is no pouch on it. And I did get a 15% off code for it.
The stock sheath for my 7 was OK, but I hate sheath rattle. Hate it. So I got a spec-ops, and I'm happy with it.

I HATED the sheath for the BK7 but have to agree with bladite on this one.
I also appreciate how it's up to me how expensive my Beckers are. The point is top knives at low cost. I'm the one who chooses if it needs micarta or not.

I make my own, but I like the cordora that came with the 10. I fixed the rattle by sticking some leather down it.

I'll post pix later if you want.
