Hey guys. I have seen a ton of cool looking sheath styles. But I have one style in particular that I have seen but not sure who the maker is. Its leather and they are usually rectangular in shape with snap going across the body of the sheath. Anyway I though if you guys would oblige posting some different sheath pictures maybe I could get some ideas. I want to get a sheath for my Scrapyard S5 so sheaths for that are great too.

Rowe's Leather makes one called the Quad position sheath. It is rectangle and can be worn 4 different ways, and the snap (or pinlock snap) goes across the body of the sheath. www.rowesleather.com, click Products>Knife Sheaths and scroll down.

I forget the maker's name... Martin Swinkle Swinkels, perhaps? I think he's the guy who does the leather over kydex sheaths...

The one you seek is made by Kenny Rowe.

A couple of others, who are great sheath makers also, have made a rectangular styled sheath but Kenny Rowe's is the most popular.

Thanks brother. Jeff is a pleasure to deal with as well.

Also, I did contact Martin Swinkels last year before contacting Jeff, Martin needed me to ship my blade to Holland, which I didnt want to do.

The middle sheath in this link is reallu close to what I am looking for. Not sure of the maker.

I'm researching sheaths for my new satin NMSFNO and have narrowed it to Martin's technical kydex, or Kenny's quad. But whether I have to ship my blade in (and the distance) is a big consideration. The picture above includes an NMSFNO on the left, and I know Martin at least used to have an NMSFNO as a pattern knife. Does anyone know if he still has one, or if he can get ahold of one? I'm not shipping mine overseas either, so that's a dealbreaker if he doesn't. But that sheath is AMAZING!

Also, Kenny doesn't have a list of his pattern knives on his site, does anyone know if he has the NMSFNO, preferably LE since mine is satin and hand smoothed G10?

I've had emails out to both Martin and Kenny since yesterday, but have yet to hear back from either and I may not until next week now..

Cody Rowe will answer your e-mail but there are two things here. IT IS MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND, and you sent your mail on Friday. they normally don't respond to mail until Monday morning (Tuesday most likely with the holiday). I have had quit a few e-mail secessions with Cody and phone calls. Just be patient they will be in touch. Odds are you will need to send your knife in to them for the sheath fit up. No big deal it sometimes has been 2-weeks to 8 weeks, just depends on there work load. I have sent everything from a NMFBM down to a GW to Rowe Leather and have had NO ISSUE. Cody will ask you how much insurance you want it when he is done and ready to ship back to you.
It's all good Bro and trust me Cody will be in touch. One thing to remember, if he spent all his time on the computer the sheaths wouldn't get made, as with any of our great leather benders!!!

Hey Russ - yep I figured I wouldn't hear back from either of them until next week, that's why I thought I'd post here to get some info in advance. I don't mind sending my blade out as long as it's not overseas , so that won't be an issue. I've just noticed many sheath makers already have it as a pattern knife, so that would be ideal. I love your quad setup, I'll likely get the same color, but with black stitching.

Here are a bunch of Rowe's Leather quad pics I've collected for anyone interested..

I'd still like to know if Martin has an NMSFNO if anyone knows, just to weigh all the options..
