I made my kydex press today. So I'm all set to make my very first sheath. What I'm debating between is whether to carry it horizontally around SOB or create an attachment that let's it move around which would leave the pommel at/below the waist line at 9.

For those who carry their Park Ranger....anyone use a SOB sheath or one that hangs below the belt at 3 or 9?

Thanks!

Thanks for sharing and the pic. I have to say, I've been collecting and carrying blades since I was in elementary school and I can't say I've ever seen one carried/positioned that way. That's awesome that it works fro you. But what I meant was more of a traditional positoning where the blade tip points to the floor and the pommel is at/near the belt line. Then for a SOB rig that would be horizontal.

Thanks though! Nice sheath!

EDIT: Drop leg...no clue why I couldn't think of it...but off the hip would be drop leg!

Nice thing about kydex is all those holes allow so many different positioning opportunities to try out. :D
