sheath problems

I just got an RC-3 a few days ago and have been very happy with it so far. It's a great blade, fits my hand well, and is sturdy enough for work (I work on a bamboo farm), but precise enough for slicing thin pieces of taro.

Unfortunately the MOLLE snap on the back of sheath tore out at the end of my first day of use. I rescued the snap with a ground down screw and nut, so it seems like it will be fine, but it's a bit disappointing to see it fail so quickly when the knife itself seems bombproof.

Have any of you guys had similar problems?

Email or call Jeff and he will take care of it for you. Not a common problem I'm sure.

Yes, contact customer service (Jeff) and he'll make you right again. Not sure what happened exactly but I can tell you it shouldn't have.

Responded to your email. All we need is a mailing address to send a new MOLLE back to. Sorry the snap broke. We've had a few do this and it's just due to the rivet not being set properly.

Thanks,

Jeff
