The SOG is pretty much a copy of the American LaGana Vietnam Tactical Tomahawk...with a few changes to the original design. By pictures on the internet, I'll have to guess that "yes, it will probably fit" but you may have to heat and remold the sheath a bit to make it fit perfectly.

Remember....pirated designs or modified copies are rarely "perfectly identical."
