Lost ... where's the bread knife?

HOSPITAL staff treating a retired teacher for a headache in Poland found a 12.5cm blade in his head.

Polish doctors had X-rayed Leonard Woronowicz, 61, to see if he had cracked his skull in a fall while doing some repairs in his kitchen four days earlier.

Instead they found the blade just below his right ear. It had snapped off at the handle.

"I thought they might give me an aspirin. Instead they pulled a 5inch knife blade out of my head," he said.

Mr Woronowicz said the knife must have been among tools scattered on the floor. He did not realise it was missing until he needed to cut some bread. "Despite carefully searching the room I could only find the handle. But I forgot about it as my headaches got worse over the next few days."

Wow similar things have happened before, like with rebar and nailguns. It amazes me how people don't realize when something metal gets jammed through their heads.

I wonder if my tinfoil hat offers any protection from that sort of thing like it does from the government/alien/Trilateral Commission/Freemason mind control beams?

It always amazes me about these people that have large objects in their head, and don't know about it. I was reading at work about a guy that shot a 4" nail into the roof of his mouth and it was there for 3 days until he went to the hospital for a toothache.

Despite the brain being there and all, I dont think there are many pain-receptors once you get past the skin on the head.

Thats still gotta leave one heck of a scar....

My father, who is a radiographer thinks this one is a fake. It just doesn't look quite right.
