Sheaths + EEP yield better L-T retention?

I know that the Sharpshooter EEP treatment is supposed to increase resistance to water, mold, mildew and higher temperatures. I was curious if any users have experienced better long term knife retention in their bushcraft style sheaths. My understand is that without the EEP, the sheaths tend to loosen up over time through stretching and use. I wonder if the EEP makes the sheath more "elastic" kinda like how lotion makes human skin more elastic versus cracked.

IT PUTS THE LOTION ON ITS SKIN OR ELSE IT GETS THE HOSE AGAIN!

Wait, what were we talking about now?

No idea. Some the leather treater I use on my leather sheaths does tend to make the sheath feel softer. I have some beeswax conditioner from tandy that does so.

I think the "atom wax" does a good job of making the leather look shiny and polished and darker without adding stretch to the leather.

I don't know what sharpshooter eep treater does.
