So, have (almost) bought my first Busse, have got tools/materials together to strip and then sharpen/polish it, now for the final piece of the puzzle. A sheath. Or rather, a few sheaths.

I was thinking something nylon, like;

Except in olive green, tan and black. I have looked at the Semper Paratus Tactical, and have sent an email, but no reply as of yet. Are there any other sheath makers who do nylon sheaths similar to that style?

I did have a look at them, but they dont seem to cater for knives larger than 8 or so inches. Looking for a sheath for a FFBM, probably should of said so before

Semper Paratus is the only one that I know of that does the kydex in nylon.
They are very nice!

Just a suggestion, reconsider something in plain kydex. I've always liked nylon as well, but a kydex sheath gives you so many more mounting options. With Mashed Cat (and maybe Okuden, I don't know for sure) you can have a drop-leg nylon belt attachment made so it "dangles" like it would with a nylon sheath but you still have the option of mounting with all of the different points along the sheath, not to mention adding a tek-lok. One of the things I've always liked about the nylon sheaths is a strap to hold the knife in which most kydex makers don't use, but I'd bet if you asked they could put a strap on it if you had a drop-leg attachment, or you could jusy get some nylon webbing and a snap yourself and add one.

I had River-8 make one of his kydex/pouch sheaths for my Sar4 and am still amazed at what a cool rig it is. Maybe someone can post the thread with pics of his work. Awesome stuff.
