How easy is kydex to work with in making a knife sheath? I would like to make them out of kydex with the option of adding a clip on them. And is their anywhere that I can find an informational site or document that would take me step by stem in making one. Thanks.

Tykron,
Kydex is very easy to work with. The tutorials should get you off to an excellent start. If you have specific questions I am sure there are plenty people here and CKD that would be more than glad to help.

I just started fooling with this stuff, and made a wallet, and neck knife set-up for my keys. Very easy to work, and excellent results from the begining. I was wokring with concealex, where the only problem is that you not only have to get it to form, but get the patern in the right orientation. With my primative press, I goofed a few pieces, but just did them over, and they were perfect.

I used a linen belt to smooth the edges. Something I had around from making golf clubs.

I really appreciate all the help people have given me here thus far. I will check out those tutorials and links and get back to you guys if I have questions. Thanks.
