So I am a bit new to kydex sheath making. Does anyone know where I can buy it cheap? Is it easy to form? 10 being indestructible, 1 being crap, how strong is it?

My experience is that it is very durable and easy to work with.

If you shape it too sharply it will be weak. I had a few 90 degree bends split and break with moderate force. I don't go past 45 degrees now. My supply came from ebay.
