Here goes round two...I can't help it if the people who read this thread can't comprehend English, so let's keep our fingers crossed. Anyway, that last project proposal ain't gonna happen, thanks to db. It will be way too much time and work for everyone involved. Anyway, I need someone to send the many people who are contacting me for sheaths to. I am uncomfortable doing this sight-unseen, as there is no substitute for seeing and holding a sheath in one's hands, but there is too much paranoia abound for such a project, so rather I want to construct a sheathmaker's database.
What I need from people interested in this is the following:
1) Biography of the maker. Brief is fine. Just so people know who you are.
2) Pics of work. Must be jpg or gif and either be emailed to me or already on the web.
3) Price ranges
4) Information about special emphases, unique products, etc.
5) Typical wait period
6) Contact info
7) Links to reviews, makers who use your sheaths, etc.
This way people who look at my webpage will be able to make their own choice. That way I won't be accused of trying to get others' sheaths for some unknown reason, polaying favorites, etc. This is a lot of work for me, but it's a service back to a group of people I have a bond with. EMail me!

Normark, I think this idea sounds better, too. For some reason I have a feeling that I have built up some negative karma, so I need to work on doing a few things for nothing. I'm not much of a religious scholar, but it's obvious I'm on the short end of the stick, so I need to turn things around! Anyway, please get that info to me ASAP! Waxes Eloquent has already sent me some info, so I will probably have the page up and running my later today, with any luck. That is, once I finish reading all the Chiro75-bashing threads and get on with the rest of the day! Anyway, you know what I am looking for, so get that info to me right away...

Okie dokie...we now have Waxes Eloquent, Normark, and Gary Graley added to the sheath page. I think it looks really nice, and once it really gets going it will be a get resource for these guys. I don't have the time to surf the web and add every sheathmaker I find, so as of right now interested makers have to email me to be added to the webpage. Take a look and please give constructive input if you think anything should be changed....also, if anyone has the time, I wouldn't mind if maybe the pics could be shrunk down and I could use thumbnails (well, they'd be bigger than that, but not as big as they are now) on the main page as links to the bigger pics. I don't have the availability of doing this on public use computers, however, so someone will have to do it for me and I would have to link to the pics from their website.
