There seem to be hundreds of them out - some branded, most not. Can someone recommend a good source for one? Maybe a brand name? I want to make sure I'm buying quality.

Thanks.

:D

I don't own one of these but they are brand name. TAD sells good stuff...

Except for the TAD version, the first I've seen of it, I'd venture to say that over 90% are made in Pak, India, etc... Wash it in cold water acouple of times and they're basically all the same. I've gotten 'em from Cheaper than Dirt, USCav and the local used ArmyNavy store... None has fallen apart nor faded much so far... USCav comes with the instructions if that helps...

just find a seller that has the colors/patterns you like. I have a bunch now, and the quality difference between most varieties out there is pretty small. Grab a few, they come in handy for all sorts of things

I bought several while in Iraq last year. They were $5 at the local haji market on JBB.
TAD, TT, BQM and such all carry them and from what I can tell they are the same as the ones I bought in country. You could buy two kinds, a traditional red/white for white/black that were pretty good quality and pretty large or a tactical style in OD, tan, or a combo of each in OD/tan/black.

My shemaghs consist of 2 TAD and 1 generic. The generic and TAD have shown the same quality, though I have had the generic on longer. They are all about the same IMHO.

I've been living in California too long, at first I thought it said "Shemales", and I was like "What the f#@k!?!"
