Just a quick survey to see who is going to the show on March 31-April 2. A gathering for lunch sounds interesting. Oh the lies we can tell.

See you there.

I'll be there. It's hard to believe that this will be the ninth annual show. I haven't missed one yet.

Terrill,

The JONES BROTHERS (that infamous tag team knifemaking combination) will be there in full force.

We look forward to seeing you there.

Do you hear that?
That is the sound of inevitability.

Ok. Give me a rundown of the when&where. I'll be in Harrisonburg that weekend for the SciFi convention at James Madison, and I'd love to see the knife show...If only to lust after one of Barry and Phillip's wakizashis (which I still can't afford). Does anyone know what other makers will be there?

I might drive on down for that show. I'm also interested in a maker's list if anyone has one.

Oh, I can attest that the Jones Brothers (although they initially tried to disavow all knowledge of their relationship) are indeed a force to be reckoned with. But be Careful. If you hear a loud 'click', you better run. I think that is the Sound of Inevitability that Barry is always talking about. It's a very scary sound.

Of course, then again, maybe it's only the sound of your money racing out of your wallet to pay the Jones Brothers to give You their knives. I always feel much safer when I am holding their knives instead of them.

Paracelsus, edited for spelling, Again. Aaargh.

Does anyone have a link to info on the show? Where is it being held? Times? Is there a good inexpensive place to spend the night nearby?

March 31 - April 2
Harrisonburg, Va.

Now I'll be there doing photo's so I hope there will be plenty of custom makers. I was told there where plenty of hotels of all price ranges.

Senator, it is being held at the Rockingham Fairgrounds off I-81 . Coming from your direction to the south, take,I believe the first Harrissonburg Exit and go west to US 11 .Then head south about 1 mile and you will signs to turn right into fairgrounds. I may drive down Saturday. By the way, I am sorry i missed the NC Knifenuts at the lunch. I got involved in a good deal at the show and I coulnt make it! To me it was the deal of the day for me! I think I will come down for the next show in April. Charlotte C&E gun show is always worth the trip for me!

Let us all hope that gas doesnt keep going up like it has though! That Dart of mine can eat up some fuel going down 81 to Carolina!

For anyone interested, The Mason Dixon Knife Club is holding there annual show March 17 & 18, at the Washington Co. Ag. Center, Boonesboro, Md. I'll post more info. closer to the show date.

Thanks, Charlie
