I always wanted to have a medium size single sheepfoot blade jack knife.
Camillus used to make a smaller easy opener variant, but they appeared too small to me and now are difficult to find.
Great Eastern Cutlery now makes a Easy Open Single Blade Jack, but with its 3" size is too small for me:

Larger ones, with lambfoot blade instead of sheepfoot are currently made by A. Wright in Sheffield,
but also with sheepfoot blade (called farmers sheepfoot knife).
These are all very nice pocketknives but have a nice price tag too.
Last week I spotted a made in China "Schrade brand" Florist knife with delrin (or very similar plastic) scales.
I bought one and it turned out to be a nice, middle size, slim working knife, perfect for pocket carry and very sheeple friendly.
The delrin scales weren't polished nicely, there were some scratches left from the grinding/polishing steps, but the overall quality (fit, overall finish, walk and talk) is on par or even better than the recent Camillus made delrin handled knives. I can see how this one can become a popular EDC in places where pointy knives would freak out the sheeple.
