I have had this khukuri since friday night and I still can't get over the look of this spine.
We all know that sharp this thing will chop what ever is in it's path and dull will brake anything in it's path.
This thing is 3/4" near the handle but with in less that 1.5"of width it drops to a 1/4".From hilt to the bend it is 11/16,the belly width is just under 2.5" and from the spine to the belly the thickness cascades to 3/8" at the shoulder of the edge bevel. The edge itself is thin. Most of the weight feels to be close to the hand and like I thought the balance is as good as on a lighter khukuri.
Sher must be going for the worlds record and we will probably see a ONE INCHER yet(are you listening Kozak) but I am sure it will have the balance and grace of a prima ballerina with the ass of an elephant.
