I like it alot better than my original. How about you?

There's a smiley for this but I can't use it..... You get the point. :D

Very nice clip job. It looks like you have one hell of a tip on that little guy.

I wonder how many of us he's got hanging. That's a TON of steel. And after clich stiffed me on a project I'd paid for as well, that's left me pretty down... I'm still finishing up a few blades I'm making for gunknifenut, Dubz, and cbear, but after that... Yeah, not happy with Thrill.

That's a pretty cool 14, DJG. I think I'd have made that swedge a little wider and taken it farther down the spine, but other than that I like the looks. What grit did you use to finish it?

-edit- To be fair to clich, I don't think he ever actually cashed my check. Not the same as with Thrill. I want my gladius, fighters, and megachax back...

It was ground with an 80 followed by 220. Then the blade was sanded to 320.

make a list, check it twice...

he's got til next monday to fess up and make things right, or the antics ensue. per the other comment i left in the brute pass-around.

'''hey guy,

things are going down. don't know what's going on in your life that
you're ignoring us, hope it's not bad, BUT... well, we've been
waiting on you.

brute pass around, nothing for ages. not cool.

apparently you have people's knives for work/etc. many of them
haven't heard from you in ages. they're badly worried.

these people want their stuff back, ASAP.

effectively now, you're on BH suspension. in a week, if you haven't
made amends, it's proposed we yank your BH number. after that, it
gets worse.

to a point, we're willing to work with ya, but well, please don't ignore us.

hopefully that gets your attention? if not, good knowing you.

DJG, I like it! Did you free-hand the angle on the swedge? I've finally picked up a 1x30 belt sander and no knife is safe, now. In fact, the crappy old set of knives is about to disappear from the kitchen. :D

Yup its all free hand. Most of the swedge was ground on a rounden corner of a grinding wheel then a paper wheel with the grit on it.
