I just picked this up at a gathering in Denmark.
I waited a year or so to have the man himself make this for me.
Now that I have tried it out, I feel it was worth the wait.
As far as I know there has not been made any cleavers by Shigefusa with a Japanese handle ever

Here she is on a new Cutting board I bought while at the same meet.
It is a big slab of Canadian Maple.

Yeah, it seems a few of the usual knife/hone nuts pops up on all the major forums, be it razors, cutlery or knives in general

It was not all that bad really, around the USD 500 mark plus VAT where that applies.
