These Knives got damaged during shipment transit between Nepal and Reno.

I don't think I have ever seen a Kobra that was so pointy:eek:

That looks like a wickedly fast blade:thumbup:

I have a 25" 32 oz kobra that while nimble is a bit easy to over swing. I generally like them around 20" and 20oz. However, the bigger they get the tougher they are to keep at that ratio. That one is about as close to perfect as you are going to get in a 25"er;)

That Bale/Chit is a steal at that price.
Looks like Sager Sakri hasn't been missing a beat either the scabbard on that Chit is beautiful.
 
Who ever gets the kobra you'll love it, I was lucky enough to get one by Kumar years ago that exact size and weight, I would hand over every sword in my collection before I gave it up...

Thanks Monkey. I wasn't anticipating buying a blade today but I just couldn't resist after seeing the details in that handle. And a mean lookin' blade to match. Just awesome...

I believe Auntie Yangdu stays busy and only checks her e-mail for a short period after posting a DOTD. If the sharks don't seem to be snapping up deals she probably won't notice a late comer until the next day. Wait for her reply as you may not have even got it if someone e-mailed her before you and didn't post it here and besides you don't know how much to send until she tells you how much for shipping.

I forget the actual time. I just received word from Yangdu I missed that item :( I will be trying again soon. 1st post & you sharked something, nice & congrats
 
Congratulations on your grab Garion and Welcome to HI and its Forum. You have taken your first step. Now clear out more room under your bed since your new Kobra is going to have more company in the future. Also, have you read the Safety Sticky? Thanks I feel pretty welcome already and I think I'm really going to enjoy the Kobra. I read the safety sticky last night and I've got a friend who already owns an Ang Khola so I'll at least know how to not cut my hand off. :D
