Shipping Knives

Guys which courier do you suppose is the best to ship knives from State to State? FEDEX, UPS, DHL....A reliable one but least expensive

I don't know what anyone else uses, but I would say the regular ole US mail would be just fine.

I use the good ole post office but get it insured because they did ship one a box for me that ended up being delivered empty to the customer. This was before I started insuring stuff. Also if you insure it you can track the delivery.

I use plain old priority mail and insure it. I am not sure how the insurance works, however. If a knife is not sold yet and I'm sending it for a sheath to be made and they lose it, how can I say its worth and prove it? Anyways, thats what I use....
