Shipping/Payment to Germany?

I am ordering a custom knife. The knifemaker is in Germany - what is the best way for me to send him money and for him to send the knife to me?

I would use DHL, or fedex. You can try the postal system, but it is slow and unreliable, whether its theirs, or ours!!!

Ive had good results with either DHL, or fedex, but DHL tends to be a little cheaper. Its going to cost you some either way. Its best to require a signature confirmation either way.

Bank transfer. Has a fee, but its 100% safe and fast.

Shipping: Why don't you let him worry about that?
