I'm new to your sub forum but have been admiring your work for a while. I was thinking of buying a couple of your knives this year but I see on both your web store and your sales threads "USA sales only". I don't see an official shipping policy on your website but can I take this to mean that you won't ship to Canada?

I'd volunteer to be a middle man if needed, he could ship to me, I'll ship to you.

Nice to meet you BTW :)

I`ve had several knives go missing when shipping to Canada, so I have stopped doing it. Plus, ever since they changed the forms, I`m too dumb to do them!

Good for you Pete,I do this on occasion for a couple of guys up north when they find something they just gotta have & the seller won't ship out of CONUS.
I've never had a problem shipping to Canada,Europe or Australia, but I can understand John's (or anyone's) reluctance given Paypal's rules favoring the buyer.

Thanks for the offer! I have a couple of friends/colleagues in Denver that help me out with shipping if need be...

It's unfortunate that you've had several knives go missing, I guess that's enough to sour anyone. I've been lucky over the years; hundred of knives back and forth across the border and no issues so far (knock on wood!).

Just curious... have you ever had any knives go missing shipping within the USA using USPS? Any problems I've ever had, which were luckily just delays, were due to USPS routing issues within the USA. I had a custom knife shipped recently from Georgia that spent quite a bit of time travelling to the far corners of the USA, including Puerto Rico, Texas, and Chicago, when it finally entered Canada two weeks later it was a half day to clear Customs before it was delivered to me two days later.
