I need some Info from you veterans who have been shipping your product internationaly. I am shipping a folder to Austria, is US postal express ok? It is the cheapest by $30.00 bucks. I need to know what the definition of arms and weapons in Austria means, because the postal service for Austria sais no arms or weapons.

Jim,
You could also ship it US global priority mail. When I ship knives to Canada I also have to do a Customs description. I usually put kitchen cutlery or wood carving tools for a description. Never had any problems yet.

I've sent knives to Germany, not Austria though. I always just mark em down as tools. Never had a problem yet. In my mind a knife is a tool. Just mark it as a tool and post a reasonable value for it. I generally use Airmail Parcel Post. It takes 4-10 days and is usually under $20.
