I just finished this "shovel"
It is a heavy "workhorse" for one horseman

Blade - Damascus steel 1,2842 (O2) + 75ni8 Uddeholm (15N20)
Guard - patinated mild steel + bone
Handle - Ebony
Average length - 34 cm (approx- 13,4 inches) , blade - 20 cm (approx- 7,9 inches).
Blade width at widest point 65 mm (approx 2,56 inches )mm , blade thickness 6,2 mm (0,244 inches).
