Shirogorov Hati fixing side to side bladeplay?

I recently acquired a Shirogorov Hati and it came a touch off center. When I went to adjust the centering, or try anyway, it has now developed some side to side play that no matter how I adjust it, won't entirely disappear. I also can't get it perfectly centered. I've tuned plenty of knives before. But since I'm new to Shiro, I figured I ask you gents for help. I'm hoping I didn't somehow get one of the few defective ones, I don't really want to mess with sending it to Russia...

Edited to add, the bladeplay is fairly minimal and had to be muscled a but, maybe with the length of the blade I can muscle some in regardless? The problem is the pivot is as tight as it can go so...

Is it on bearings or washers?

Washers. Edited to add, I tinkered with it more today and other than when I try to muscle any in it seems pretty much gone. It locks up super early too, when I push the lockbar over some I can't really get any. I don't know, I fear that the bushing system is somewhat to blame.

I recently opened up one with washer+ pivot bushing and must say it is quite different from the rest of their system in terms of putting it back. I am not sure if your Hati looks the same as it seems there has been a couple of versions but so far I have not seen a Hati with pivot bushing.

But if yours have, yes, there seems to a certain specific position for those washers to get things back to being right. Otherwise there is this unexplainable play after tightening. Also with bushing it is not supposed to overtighten.. if u do-- the blade would not move. Mine has an internal stop pin where a slot in the washer can fit.. as things move.. it will thus push and make the washers rotate. It seems this is a key to making them "auto-correct" But Hati doesnt have an internal stop pin so you might just have to observe a bit more to see. Failing which I would try tightening the pivot with the blade in full open position... that sometimes helps with certain knives for me.

Can check out more vids and pic on what I did with mine here

thanks for the update. I'll be taking my knife apart soon and this will help for reference.

No that is my same setup minus the notch in the washer and internal stop pin, I guess bushing wanst the right term. I feel like perhaps that bronze pivot spacer piece is a little too wide or else my washers are a tad thin because I really have to tighten the pivot down to make it feel solid, and I don't want to strip it. I don't know if any of those parts are available state side.

I think you're gonna have to source the parts yourself because Shirogorov recently announced that they won't warranty any knife in the US not bought directly from Recon 1.

That's a little disappointing, as for the money I feel like it shouldn't be so exclusive to get a few parts. I'll just live with it for now haha.
