Been obsessed lately with looking up all the reviews of both the Shirogorov Neon Lite and the Southard Mini Tolk. One of these would be nice to have as a next knife. Both are high in price and not the easiest to come by.
For those who own both, how do they compare in build quality, action, and any other qualities that someone (who has not had a chance to handle either) may overlook? From the individual reviews of each, I like both for their blade length, being on the smaller side overall, their thinner blades with flat grinds for slicing, and the milling in the handles to reduce weight.
Really would appreciate hearing from people who have both, their preferences for one or the other (or even pointing out individual aspects that they like of either), and the reason for the preference.
Maybe some of your are like me and looking at both as well? It would be interesting to hear your thoughts as well.
Thank you
