hello,

i have been a fan of ZT flippers for a while now
At the moment I own a couple of 0801 that are my yardstick when it comes to flipping action

However I am getting more and more in small size knives

As a consequence I just start looking at a good small size flipper

The shirogorov neon lite and the Gareth bull small shamwari are really appealing to me

I would be please if you can share your thinkings / pictures on these two models

How to you compare them, what are they better for?

The knives will be users for small EDC tasks in an office/urban environnement

It will be about food prep, cutting paper and cardboard

I don't have any of them, but I really like the classic design of the Shamwari. Saw a yt vid with a guy who had one made in M390. That would be sweet..

I use a Shiro Neon the same way you would, office/urban edc carry. It has pretty much spoiled me for any other edc knifes used to have a ZT 450 I would mix in the rotation but it got to be I only wanted to carry the shiro so I sold the 450. I did put SiC bearings in the neon and that improved a already excellent action. I have no experience with the other blade you mention.

Neon. Perfect size, flips like a dream, slices all day, and you shouldn't take a huge loss should you decide to sell.
