shirt pocket knife

Looking for the following knife.
Any suppliers?
Knife is 4.5" long, 7" opened.
All SS construction with a shirt pocket clasp.
Diameter about that of a pencil.
Separate two halves of handle to collapse the blade. No spring involved with blade.
Made in Brazil stamped on blade.
I have an excellant picture available but could not post here. Any ideas and I'll post the picture to you for confimation.

Don' remember the manufacturer; I think the knife is the Executive Edge (or maybe that is the manufactuer). They also had larger models.

I actually just asked the same question on another forum last week, and received the response: http://www.executiveedge.com . I called, and spoke with a very nice woman who informed me that they are very much in business, and the prices reflected on the site are accurate. Shipping within the US is ~$5. I used to have a Grande, and I loved it. I have the two largest sizes, and they're tough as nails. The colored smaller models are interesting, but they're being discontinued. Happy hunting!
