shocking!

What kind of a person thought that up? Almost a goof.

The confusion/fear factor would be interesting to see in an assailant. :D But it doesn't seem to be powerful enough.

Attach a derringer barrel to it and we're talkin'. :foot:

Not interested in any "training," huh?
Of course you,ve heard the one about the cowboy that throws the cattle prod on the pick-up seat and then goes and sits on it ? I betcha the roof has an imprint of a cawboy hat in it . L:O:L

What the *#@# are they thinking? It looks like a lethal weapon, but it's not. Sorta like carrying an air pistol for self defense, huh?
Oh, well...thanks for posting.

it's primary use, i would imagine, is martial arts/knife-fight training.

"i cut you" - "you did not" - "okay, let's use this" - "bzzt mother trucker" - "cut you" - "mother trucker!!!" - "bzzt bzzt bzzt"

it's not a toy, it's not for self-defense... it's also stupid expensive.

a magic marker and a white bunny suit is cheap and obvious.

And a helluva lot less dangerous to someone like me who just underwent a successful cardioversion this morning. It may not be enough amperage to cause any trouble but the adrenalin rush and other factors surely wouldn't be any good for anyone with any heart problems, or am I all wet here?;)

Looks like (based on the picture of the dude in the big suit holding it) that they made it for self defense training. They called it, what, "the only training knife capable of inducing fear"? So when the guy in the big puffy suit pretends to attack you it's more like a "real" situation.

Just my 2 cents.

not to thread drift...but has anyone gotten a look at the new pistol/knife in the new guns mag?? 6" blade and a 45acp single shot...WOOHOO!!!

yall are missing the point - this is PRECISELY the kind of pork barrel product the government loves to order in bulk....
